Once order is placed, no cancellation of order is allowed. No refunds is allowed as well.
Do note that only one time exchange is allowed (reason being the sizing is incorrect). However do make sure that you measure accordingly to the video as per advised, this is to ensure sizing is as accurate as possible as I sample every single piece personally to ensure sizing consistency.
Exchange because of colour preference or other reasons are not allowed.
Do note that shipping time is not within my control.
Usual preorder take 3-5 weeks.
However in the event item need to be remanufactured or if factory is closed due to holiday, waiting period can take longer. Only order if you are okay to wait.
Preorder is the only way for Jemaime activewear to be size inclusive and it is the only way for me to bring premium activewear as tons of funds are spent on sampling instead of bringing in stocks that might not sell.
Currently $65k have been spent on sampling in order to filter out all the premium quality ones and I will continue to sample to bring in more premium quality items to all my customers.
